Job Qualification Requirements:
Works that requires the use of two or more maintenance mechanical equipment or the repair of an establishments structure. Pipe fitting, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, fixing
electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and balancing new equipment, and repairing building, floors or staircases are all possible duties. Must have 24 months experience as general maintenance.

Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the fit workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fit date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, we will provide,
reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the
place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, we will provide or pay for
the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place worker originally
departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or
where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of
transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for
the distances involved.
Daily Transportation: Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all
applicable Federal and Commonwealth rules and regulations.

Performs a variety of general maintenance duties under general maintenance supervision, including electrical,
mechanical, carpentry, and construction in the maintenance and repair of company building and equipment. Must know
proper safety techniques and procedures while using chemicals, power tools, hand tools and equipment. Knowledge of
proper lifting techniques and other safety and hazardous activities. Ability to use the required tools and equipment
independently or with minimal supervision. Know how to inspect building, electrical systems, grounds and equipment to
ensure safe, well-maintained conditions, identify hazards, defects and the necessity of adjustment or repair. Minimal
trouble shooting and repairs, perform minor trouble shooting and repairs, replace light bulbs, ballasts and fuses, assist
with the preventive maintenance complete work order as assigned. Identify and perform basic service and repair in
plumbing fixtures open clogged lines and drains. Identify and assist with carpentry and repair work. Maintain tool,
supplies, and equipment inventory. Recommend tools, supplies and equipment for purchase. Install repair and replace
locks on doors inspect, service, and maintain operational functionality of doors and windows. Aide in the moving,
loading, unloading and storage of supplies, furniture and equipment.
